We offer servercing and maintenance to beach buggies and aircooled vehicles

New Beam Bug Beach Buggies built to spec.

We offer plenty of advice and spares for your home projects.

We also undertake chassis repairs, rubberizing, brake overhauls, engine rebuilds, electrical repairs and re-wiring.

We sell new Beam Bug Beach Buggy bodies and accessories including, bumpers, seats, lights, wiring looms exhausts.

We offer

BUGGY BUILD DISCRIPTION 

New buggies built to order include the following:

2200mm wheel base rubberized chassis which is able accommodate passengers at the back.

New shocks, brake pipes and hoses, master & slave cylinders, wheel bearings, tyres and rims.

Tyre sizes are 255/75/15 for the rear and 185/60/14 at the front.

All engine cooling plates are powder coated.

Body colour of your choice.

The entire electrical system is new, including a new starter and alternator.

The engine has new bearings, pistons and cylinders.  

The cylinder heads are fitted with new valves, guides and seats.

Also fitted new is the carburetor, distributor with electronic ignition, fuel pump, oil pump and clutch.

Then there are powder coated bumpers, seat belts (inertia), carpets, small steering wheel and high back bucket seats, rear seat cushions upholstered in the colour of your choice and a bikini top.
